Comments from Leadership
CREDAI President Boman Irani shared his enthusiasm:
"We are extremely excited to celebrate CREDAI's 25th foundation day on this significant occasion. This day is one of pride, honor, and recognition for all past and present office bearers of CREDAI, as well as for the state and city chapters that have driven change on the ground. It is also a proud moment for all stakeholders, including the government, ministries, and homebuyers, who have placed their trust in us and supported us in creating a positive environment for transformative change throughout our journey. On November 25, we look forward to celebrating this milestone with our well-wishers and colleagues, as we chart the course for the next 25 years for CREDAI and Indian real estate as a whole."

CREDAI Chairman Manoj Gaur added:
"Today, CREDAI is recognized as India’s most trusted real estate organization, thanks to the dedication and efforts of all our member developers over the past 25 years. On November 25, we gather not only to celebrate the achievements of our peers but also to host our stakeholders who have supported us and enabled CREDAI to become the custodian of Indian real estate. India has achieved numerous economic milestones, and the real estate sector has played a critical role in this journey. CREDAI will use this platform to advance its efforts by initiating discussions on the most pressing issues related to India’s real estate sector."

This landmark event will set the stage for the future of CREDAI and India’s real estate sector, paving the way for greater contributions to the nation's development.
