New Delhi. India’s leading real estate organization, the
Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), has
announced the celebration of its 25th
foundation day on November 25
in New Delhi. Established in 1999, CREDAI represents over 13,000 developers
across 230 city chapters in 21 states.
Over the past 25 years, it has played a pivotal role in transforming India’s
real estate sector and is poised to continue its significant contributions in
the coming years.
The event will witness the presence
of several dignitaries, policymakers, experts, and the leadership of CREDAI,
including Mr. Boman Irani, President,
Mr. Manoj Gaur, Chairman, and Mr. Shekhar Patel, President-Elect. A
key highlight of the event will be the launch of a report titled ‘Role of Real Estate Sector for Viksit
Bharat 2027’. This report will analyze the sustainable growth trajectory
of India’s real estate sector and its ever-growing contribution to the national
economy.
The 25th foundation day celebration
will honor CREDAI’s significant contributions to the growth of India’s real
estate sector and its journey as a key guardian of the industry over the past
25 years. The event aims to reinforce CREDAI’s legacy of promoting housing for
