New Delhi. Statiq, a leader in India’s electric vehicle (EV) charging network, successfully concluded its festive “Diwali Gold Rush” campaign, aimed at enhancing user engagement through wallet top-ups. During the campaign, users who recharged their Statiq wallets were rewarded with 20% additional credit on top-ups starting from INR 1,999. Participants competed for 24k gold prizes, with the top three spenders receiving 5 grams, 3 grams, and 2 grams of gold, respectively. An additional seven users who topped up with INR 100,000 or more each received 1 gram of 24k gold. The campaign maintained transparency by sharing a live leaderboard on Statiq Buzz, Statiq’s in-app community, so participants could monitor their standings in real-time.
Running from October 29 to October 31, 2024, the campaign received an enthusiastic response, highlighting the rising momentum around EV adoption in India. Winners were announced on November 1, rounding off a successful initiative that reinforced Statiq’s commitment to making EV charging accessible and rewarding. Statiq currently operates over 7,000 chargers across 65 cities in India and has ambitious plans to increase this network to 20,000 by 2025, supporting the demand for reliable EV charging infrastructure across both urban and smaller towns.
Commenting on the success of the Diwali Gold Rush, Akshit Bansal, Founder and CEO of Statiq, said, “The positive response to our Diwali Gold Rush campaign signals the growing enthusiasm around electric mobility in India.
