New Delhi. The demand for blue-collar workers in India is growing rapidly. According to a report by Indeed, nearly 70% of the 90 million new jobs expected to be created in India by 2030 will be for blue-collar employees.
To help job seekers maximize these opportunities, Indeed's report offers seven tips for crafting an impactful resume that can grab the attention of employers.
Indeed emphasized the importance of understanding the purpose of a resume. It is a document that details your skills, experiences, and education, giving you the chance to showcase why you are the right fit for the job. The report recommends including your full name, phone number, email address, and complete address (including city and state) at the top of the resume so that employers can easily contact you. Your email should be professional, ideally just your name.

The report also highlights that the resume should clearly state your objectives and what you can bring to the table through your services. Additionally, it is essential to include a list of job-related skills and details of your work experience. Indeed advises young job seekers to include information about their highest level of education as well as any additional training or certifications they have completed.
