Instagram Launches New Halloween Features

New Delhi.Today Instagram launched some new features. Insta said in a release that we are starting to roll out several Halloween Easter eggs across the app so you can have fun and connect with friends throughout Halloween. The Easter eggs will be live on the app through November 3, and include: 

•  Secret Phrases in DMs and Notes: Secret Halloween themed keywords will trigger fun effects and animations across DMs and Notes, including keywords like: Happy Halloween, Trick-or-treat, and emojis like , , , 

•  Add Yours Templates: 5 custom Halloween Add Yours Templates (AYTs) will help you have fun with friends and keep up with Halloween trends — you can find the limited edition Halloween templates in the ‘Happy Halloween’ section of the new Add Yours Templates Discovery Surface in Stories

•  Imagine Yourself as : Use Meta AI’s Imagine features to imagine yourself as a Vampire or anything else that gets you in the Halloween spirit, right in your Stories. You can easily share your AI-generated costumes so your friends can see yours and add theirs too.

•  New Font + Effect: A new Halloween-themed font called “Halloween” and text effect called “Haunted” will help you express yourself while celebrating Halloween across Stories, Feed and Reels. 

•  Chat Theme: A Halloween themed chat theme for DMs and IG broadcast channels will help you (pumpkin)spice up your DMs
